ORDER TRACKING
We ship and track every order. Please note that once an order is marked as fulfilled, it has already left our warehouse and is in the possession of our carrier partners, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order on our website or through our carrier partner's website.
While we make every effort to provide accurate and timely updates on the status of your order, there may be instances where the tracking information does not update immediately. This can be due to delays in the carrier's system or during customs processing, which can add additional time to the delivery process. Sometimes, the package may be in transit directly to your nearest USPS(Or other local carriers) distribution center, which may not have updated the tracking information until the package reaches the distribution center.
In some international shipping cases, customs processing may take several days or even weeks to clear. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and ask for your patience while the carrier partners work to clear any delays.
