Need Help with a Return?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your Supertop purchase, you can return your order for a refund or exchange within 99 days of purchase. We offer free domestic returns and exchanges and will provide a digital Prepaid USPS label. Please be advised that Ridge is not responsible for providing a physical return label, and the customer must print the provided label.

Need help finding your order number? 

Your order number is the seven-digit number that begins with an Supertop included in your Order and Shipping Confirmation emails. It is also located on your order's packing slip and in your Supertop Account. If you cannot find these records, please reach out - we would be happy to help!

All returns and exchanges must be processed through our Returns Portal within 99 days of the original purchase. Ridge will provide a pre-paid shipping label to send your item(s) back.
